After your order is placed, it will ship out from Starkville, MS within 1-2 business days. All packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days during sales, collection launches and holidays. If you order something during a ‘preorder’, then your package will ship out 4-5 weeks after you placed your order (more info on this at the bottom of this page).

The Chaney Nest will not be held responsible for any packages that are stolen or lost. You will receive an email with the tracking number of your package, and it is your responsibility to follow the number to ensure that you receive your package upon delivery.


You may return items within 14 days of being purchased as long as they are in pristine condition (unwashed, unworn and with tag attached). Returns will not be accepted if they have any hint of cigarette smell or pet dander on them. Sale items are not eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase must be obtained upon return. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error (you received an incorrect item, defective item, etc.)

To receive a refund, we will inspect your returned item/items and will send you an email as soon as possible to let you know that we have received your package. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days. Again, sale items do not qualify for return/refund.


We do not currently offer exchanges. The most efficient way to ensure that you get what you want is to go ahead and checkout as normal through the website and then return your unwanted item/items through the rules stated above. Make sure that you are eligible to return your items before you purchase again.

Incorrect Item

If for some reason you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us at sales@thechaneynest.com as soon as possible so that we can work it out. We will send you a  prepaid USPS First Class shipping label, and once the package has been accepted into the post office’s system, the correct item will then be sent to you.

Changes + Cancellations To Your Order

Unfortunately we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed because we fulfill and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at sales@thechaneynest.com immediately so that we can work it out together.


We love to collaborate, in fact, this is one of our primary ways of getting our brand name and message out! We thoroughly enjoy working with brands, influencers and bloggers. Before contacting us, please take a look at the following requirements to see if you qualify for a collaboration with us:


>must have at least 5,000+ followers on Instagram

>must post photos within 2 weeks of receiving our product

>must tag our shop (@the_chaney_nest) as well as hashtag #thechaneynest

>by tagging The Chaney Nest, we receive the right to share your photo on all of our media outlets

The Chaney Nest sometimes holds preorders which means that your wait time will be longer than it would be under normal circumstances. If you order something during a preorder, then your order will ship 4-5 weeks after you place your order. It takes 3-4 weeks for the full production of a clothing collection through the factory that we use. Once we receive our inventory, we will take the time to inspect every single garment and then all orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. It is your responsibility to calculate how long it will take for you to receive your order if you order after a preorder launch but still during the gap time of the collection being produced.
